Leah Jorgensen had a career in the wine industry, surrounded by rich, gourmet food, when she was diagonsed with celiac disease.   She had to take a step back to consider her relationship with food, while she worked with her practitioners to heal her gut.   Leah already had a long-standing interest in nutrition and she eventually became a Certified Holistic Nutritionist through the Wellspring School for Healing Arts.  And she has her own wine label! On this episode, we'll cover: What is celiac disease? How is it diagnosed? Is gluten free a fad? What is mindful eating? How can we begin to eat mindfully? Find out more about Leah below: w: www.strongasoaknutrition.com w:   www.leahjorgensencellars.com f: facebook.com/StrongAsOakHolisticNutrition t: twitter.com/LeahJorgensenOR Please visit our site @ bridgitdanner.com, and choose our Ten Tips of Gratitude Guide or our Clear Path to Fertility free at our home page!
