Our guest today is Diana Rodgers, author of the new book, The Homegrown Paleo Cookbook. The book includes over 100 Farm to Table Paleo recipes, and also an in-depth guide to gardening, homesteading and sourcing local food.
If you are already interested in Paleo eating, and are ready to deepen your relationship to this diet by joining a community agriculture program, keeping chickens, raising bees or hosting your own pig roast, Diana is your girl. Her beautiful book is both inspirational and practical.
Diana and her family live on a working farm, Clark Farm in Carlisle Massachusetts. Her husband is an avid farmer, and Diana is a nutritionist, author and podcaster who helps out on the farm as well.
