Leah Jorgensen had a career in the wine industry, surrounded by rich, gourmet food, when she was diagonsed with celiac disease.
She had to take a step back to consider her relationship with food, while she worked with her practitioners to heal her gut.
Leah already had a long-standing interest in nutrition and she eventually became a Certified Holistic Nutritionist through the Wellspring School for Healing Arts. And she has her own wine label!
